Standard-Blazar, LLC is a Small Business (SB) joint venture between Standard Communications, Inc. (SCI) and Blazar Technology Solutions (Blazar), combining deep technical expertise with innovative procurement capabilities to serve the Federal Government.
Standard Communications, Inc. (SCI) is a VA VetBiz-verified contractor with PIV-badged engineers delivering on-site services to facilities nationwide. SCI specializes in supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), and Office of Information and Technology (OIT) through turnkey critical sustainment, HTM solutions, and market research-driven proposals that modernize VA facilities. Its bundled solutions are VA TRM-approved, Cerner-ready, and aligned with initiatives outlined in the VA’s Strategic Plan.
Blazar Technology Solutions brings a modern, innovative approach to federal procurement by connecting manufacturers, value-added resellers (VARs), and distributors with government requirements. With over 60 years of collective federal procurement experience in the Federal IT space, Blazar annually responds to more than 1,400 opportunities from a pool of over 60,000, delivering solutions to more than 60 Federal agencies since 2019. The company works with a portfolio of over 90 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), VARs, and product and service distributors. What We Do
Providing the latest in commercial ‘off-the-shelf’ (COTS) ICT/AV products and services, the NASA SEWP contract vehicle has an outstanding track record of delivering cutting-edge technology to Federal agencies. SEWP is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) consisting of over 140 pre-competed prime contract holders, including more than 100 small businesses. Each contract has a $20 billion ceiling.
The SEWP Program Office manages a suite of government-wide IT products and services contracts that enable NASA and all Federal agencies to achieve their missions and strategic initiatives by providing streamlined access to critical technologies and solutions. The program delivers best value to the Federal Government and the American taxpayer through innovative procurement processes, premier customer service and outreach, acquisition insight, and strong partnerships with government entities and industry.
We support SEWP contract holders with robust contract management tools, including full access to SEWP Tools for automated, online Technical Refresh creation, enhanced error checking, and duplicate CLIN resolution. Our team provides experienced project management, having successfully delivered hundreds of complex projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. We also offer 24/7 support via phone, dedicated service intake email with automated ticket creation, and a user-friendly web portal.
